    My console says:
    Code:
    ...
Using 256 MB RAM (from straps)
    ...
Where did you get that number ?

        Hello mate

Your receiver has 256MB DDR RAM.
Are you sure that the 150 MB that you see it is not the free ram?

Try to install a plugin that you can see some infos of your receiver.

The 150mb will be freely available Ram as the other 100mb will be used for system resources to keep running as well as background checks, So everything is perfectly normal

            Try with "dmesg".
Meminfo shows only kernel actual utilization, not physical ram.
On the contrary, with dmesg you can check available ram at bootstrap, before kernel takes control.
