ledManager for 800 und 8000

Since 8000 in my bedroom, is annoying when shooting the bright flashing LED night extreme. You can still change the SessionGlobals.py by hand, but after each update this must be done again.

Therefore, I have a plugin to control together clicked. A system plug-in and After the installation in "Settings - System - LED Manager ..." to find. The operation should be self-explanatory.
