wifi sunrary sr4 as access point

I want to use wifi in sunray sr4 as access point, I tried to configure the adapter with iwconfig
' iwconfig wlan0 essid master mode home channel 10 '
These settings are stored but not working
I also installed the dhcp server to assign ip address automatically
