dm800se problem - no signal

I, can you help me?

I bought a dm800se clone (1 tuner sat + wifi). It is provided with gp3 image: this image contains only china sat, so first I try to change the satellites.xml with european satellites, no work, and then I try to flash last gemini image 2.6 svn190 combo.

No signal, no satellites. If I connect or disconnect the cable, satfinder's bar go up and down (first two bar: AGC and the first one). Is the tuner broken?

I have a centralized sat system, one cable with sat+tv (terrestrial). I bought a demix with 1 IN=sat+tv, and 2 OUT=tv, sat. On tv I see correct terrestrial; if I connect the sat cable to the terrestrial decoder (tv) I can see some terrestrial channels! is correct?!

I had once the exact same problem (even with the satfinder bar going crazy)
It was the tuner who was a little disconnected .
So be sure sure to put off and put in your tuner.

i try to open the box this night and check, thanks.

But if you know, is possible with my sat system, to see a terrestrial signal on the sat cable (out "sat" of the demix)? it is strange for me

The problem for me was when I tried to put a Hard drive in my dreambox.
I think while installing the hdd, I moved a little the tuner card ,and it wasn't put correctly ,so I had a signal but when I tried then a scan,I had 0 channel.

Tell me tomorrow if it's that!

If the BER value over 0(zero),the tuner are damaged or you have a short circuit in your Satelite cable.can you test it with another sat box??
