Is it internal HDD or external? What image are you running?

A bit more info and i might b able to help , which box are u fitting it in ? 800 or 8000 , internal/external.....?are you struggling with the physical fitting of drive or setting up?

I have solved it. I needed to name the Hard Disc Hdd in the blue panel device section. Actually if anybody needs help, I might be able to help now

Best tip is do not format on the P.C. If you hace go into disk manger and delete the partitions and let you DM format it.

the idea is to plug your disk in one of your free data port on your pc and fire up ubuntu live session, then use it to format it to ext3 or ext4, because it`s much easier and faster on a pc. after that you plug it back into your db and you`re done!
