- added help in the setup - downloadable from the server - 8 button - automatically activated for each item and value in the setup

- optimized code, better use of ram
- picons are available in white and black

ipk not contains piconProv, piconSat, piconCam and set of icons / previews, after update can be downloaded via the to download menu: all of picons, help and icons, ipk contains a
default set of icons - 1, before the download must set the path, that is used for all Picon, help and icons, definitions piconPaths.conf are no longer used, the file is removed from the ipk

Warning:
