I guess you wanted to write 'multimedia error' instead of 'multiplayer error'. Because I have never heard of dreambox showing 'multiplayer error' but I have already heard of dreambox showing 'multimedia error'. If your dreambox shows 'multimedia error' it can happen beacause of several reasons:

-your sim is corrupted
-your sim is wrong inserted
-wrong bootloader or wrong image.

I suggest you to reflash it.

yes... Probably is: multimedia error

Try to reflash your box with the right image.

Be careful about the bootloader and the sim you have.
You need the appropriate image in order to flash correctly your box and fix it.
