Here is OFFICIAL site for free SMS. It's only for M:TEL network (Montenegro) and only for that network. You can send up to 10 SMS par day. You just need to ask for password (1. korak), and with it you need to login (2. korak) and send messages....

This working! This is official m:tel Montenegro site!
If you don't have m:tel Montenegro number (+382 68 ******), and not send TO m:tel Montenegro, then this not working - like I said in first post!
