u can also install viber on android phones as well as on u r pc for free calls and sms from viber to viber on phones or on pc

Using an unlisted provider that allow TAP access should be quite straight
forward.

There are a large number of services that do not appear to use TAP
but instead simple user interfaces for interactive use by a user dialing up
with a modem. For several UK based services such as these I have written
drivers, note that providers often offer more that one service and as such
you may require a different driver for each one.

Judging by this readme it seems that TAP access to a telecom provider is needed and, AFAIK, it's not a free service.
So, can we say that we can send sms for free with this client ?

Look at a website called smsohneabo.de in ****** is the one use and it works and is free.
No is an app but it works.

Practically today with the arrival of telephone operators give away whatssap sms's not worth the search if an application for it
