i use prog dvb with technisat airstar2 dvb-t card(pci)
what card is your?
is compatible with progdvb?

It depends
first: Your dtt (dvb-t) brand.
second: Your dvb viewer, I use DVBDream for SAT and DVB-T.
third: Your HD or SD codecs. (I use HDpack 2.4 freeware).
four: Your cccam emu. Hadu is a good option for me.

I use ProgDVB with Hadu plugin using CE6230 BDA Tuner and it works with this forum's clines.

Yes, it's possible, but in this moment I think you will not find Clines with these cards...
