DVBView Streaming to PC !

Can someone tell me how to watch HD(DVB-S) chanels with the DVBView on my PC ,and how to connect DVBView with the DM500s to see the playlisy of the dreambox?!

You need first of all to have the skystar 2
then the codes (for HD) installed on your pc.
A search in ****** will help you for sure.

I think he wants to use his dbox instead of a dvb-s card.
If so, there is a program called DreamStreamer for this.

Can you watch SD (non HD) channels with your DVBView? If so, you might have a codec problem.

let me try to ask you fewthings that could help all of us what you have and want you want to achieve.

Do you have dvbview(er) software installed in your PC?
Do you have Dm 500s ?
Do you have a skystar 2?

yes, do you have a SAT card fopr your PC
and do you have DVB viewer installed?

i have DVBView installed.have DM500s..I dont have skystar and dont have Sat card..what do i need one !?

so you only want to stream from Dbox to your PC?

if yes check just open the website of your dreambox and from there you can watch channels using Web-TV or via VLC

but for that you're receiver must always be on, when you wanna watch on your PC, better buy a SKYSTAR HD2 for 70€

i flashed new image pli vipvalidator and i can watch some HD chanels from there ..so i dont need DreamView now...i can watch from there ...thanks for answers ...

yes some HD chanels on DVB-S1 like TVR HD on eutelsat W2 16E...Yesterday i was watching on web-x-tv

interesting that you can watch HD channcels over scart on a non HD receiver
