Hi all

I have the skystar HD2 tv card which dvb program would you recommend to use with it. Also which PC operating system you would recommend for it as well.

Hi,
DVBBream Or Progdvb is best.
Core 2 DUO or Higher is best.
A Cline By any Server...
You have a lot of things to watch..

Dvb Dream if you have more c lines you can see 8 chanel from same transponder on PIP.

Im still using an old version of dvbdream, i think the newer ones are paid. It works perfectly fine, i dont really wanna watch more than one channel at the same time either way. The best question is which plugin are you gonna use for cccam? Im using hadu at the moment, i know its old but its still working...

DVBViewer Pro 4.9.5 and win xp or win7
also maybe a third party plugin like Hadu with a C line (CCCam) to connect to pay servers and decrypt the channels.

Is it also possible to use a smartcard reader like OmniKey or Smargo on a PCI DVB-S Receiver?

Wich software do you advice for that if it is possible?

i use prog dvb...it's the best program!
excellent with Hadu

even the video drivers are very important : i advise you the cyberlink

Where to download the latest HADU plugin?
Many downloads are available but what it the latest version of HADU ?
Do he have a website?

I have a SkyStar HD2 since a year, my favourite viewer is DVBDream, the most stable app. The last version is DVBDream V.2.0a (available in this forum) and the best codec pack for me is HDPack 2.4 with Arcsoft video and audio codec (Best for HD and low CPU consuption).

Now is available a new SkyStar HD2 PCI Express.
