in my case the latest version has problems with the DVB viewer, so try older versions too!

Now day,30 September 2011, at Technisat web site, this is the last driver for SkyStar HD2 :

List of improvements and bugfixes

- added support for Windows 7
- expanded list of supported CAMs
- improved addressing of multiple SkyStar HD 2 devices installed in one PC

So, for Windows 7 64 bit ulimate these drivers are available.
