Which channels with vPlug

hi again, my last little question for today is, which and how many channels can i get with the vplug?
only programms from Austria or some else from other countries?
i have astra 19.2E

there should be open some channels of bulsatcom at 39 degrees east

But they change their codec and the go one after another...
