    Codec

    Hola people!

This is configuration of my PC

    Windows XP Pro SP3
    CPU Pentium 4 3 GHz
ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series Secondary 256 MB (400MHz)
    RAM 1Gb DDR2 (PC2-4300)
    HDD 250 GB Sata-300
    Skystar
    FlyDVB-T Duo
    DVB Viewer

    Audio/Video Cyberlink Power DVD 10
    VMR9

It's a basic configuration, but it works fine and correctly.

I have a problem on channel with 29900 symbol rate, and no problem on channel with 22000 and 27500.

If I use other programs like ProgDVB or DVB Dream I watch correctly for some minutes but after it crashes.

Where is the problem? CPU, Video Card or codec?

    Thanks

Ram memory 1Gb DDR2 maybe insufficient.
Perhaps LNB doesn't support those s/r.
There is a possibility of diseqC fail.
Perhaps sat dish is not fine pointed (azimuth or similar)
Is possible too that some of the viewers app. are incompatible installed at time in the same pc.
    Try this configuration for DVBDream:
Video Codec for SD: Arcsoft video decoder 2.27.319.208
    sound: nvidia pure video v.4020.223.0.0
video renderer: Video Mixing renderer 7
    Viewer: DVBDream v.1.7
Direct connection: (Prevent other filters to interfere): On
Rebuild Direct Show after changin channel: On
Reset Direct Show on buffer overflow: On
Install HD Codecs HDPack 2.4 (freeware)
    Ati Graphics card:
    Video Basic Quality:Bob deinterlaced

this is all I can tell you. Good Luck.
    Best regards.

      Re: Codec

if you're using TE2, there is not supported loads of functions, e.g. cam module high symbol rate, plugins... so you should get a DVB Viewer pro version and you'll tune it with no problem. Scan it through Transedit.
      HD-BOX FS-9200,SkyStar HD2 USB CI, Skystar2 90Fe Motor, 85Al Multifeed

transedit can't save channel list in demo mode after scan finish.

It means either you have bad-cracked version of dvbviewer or just incomatible pair dvbviewer-transedit. You have to try different combinations
