AC3 Filter - SPDIF

I lost my patience with trying to set up ac3 filter for SPDIF to home theatre. I tried everything but its impossible to set up normal sound.

Would be very grateful for any help!

maybe you should first have to set your windows audio channel to spdif digital if you missed it.

Can you explain, what you are you trying to set up with ac3filter?
Send all the sound from your pc to audio receiver? Or just send ac3 from selected sources?
What version of ac3filter you have?
Are you planning to send data via hdmi or optical/coaxial toslink?

have you tried speaker configuration, such as "2/0 - stereo" or "3/2 - 5 channels," from the "Output format" heading under the filter's Main tab.
