    acamd not able to decode

Hi, frequently I get the message that acamd is not able to decode. I use acamd 0620, in dvbviewer. And I use a free server.

edit: Maybe I need to enter the caid also, but i don't understand where?
They say in : 1/0000/0000, do I enter it twice or once? 1/0500/0500 or what?

Re: acamd not able to decode

    I use the same setup
Not able to decode means acamd can connect to card with matching caid, but the card is unable to decode specified channel. For example - want to open 2 packages - Platforma HD(9E) and Tricolor(36E) They have the same CAID - 4AE1. Acamd is asked by dvbviewer to decode a channel, it connects to server, it found some cards working with 4AE1 Caid, takes first card, tries to open the channel from Platforma, card can open Tricolor, but cannot Platforma, fail, next card and so on.
You may specify caid like this:
    # 'caid' (optional) caid on which this client should work
    # 'mask' (optional) mask for caid e.g. caid=1700 mask=FF00 would allow
    # anything between 1700 & 17FF.
    # Default is no filter 0000 & 0000. If only caid is given mask is FFFF.
    # You may give multiple caid/mask values comma separated
    # (e.g. 1702,1722,0d0c/ff00)
so if you want to specify caid 0500 then - 1/0500/0000 - it means emm transfers disabled/caid 0500 only enabled/mask 0000

    something like this

Re: acamd not able to decode

Can you see why itīs not working? I get teletext but not picture.

Edit: I got it working with hadu. I gathered some cccam servers. I heard that they are less stable. From time to time it lags a bit. In monitor I see that he doesn't get DCW even from time to time. Is acamd better than hadu, even for cccam?
Will it help anything if I enter more usernames into hadu? If yes, do I just enter the clines one under the other?

Edit: I think it is because of cccam server, they are less stable. Are there any other newcamd plugins than Acamd? I tried using wincsc, but it somehow doesn't work. Maybe I can't set it up. Is there any tutorial for Wincsc?

Re: acamd not able to decode

No wonder you can see teletext while black screen - they don't cipher text, only video and sometimes sound.
If you want to use cccam - hadu is the best
Hadu eats more system resources, on my system (Nvidia ION) I can use hadu only on SD chneels, I am forced to use acamd (or "satlover cccam" - it's the same) on HD channels.
If you have a powerful system you don't have to use acamd for cccam
On the other hand - If you have an N-line (newcamd) from a payserver - you may and you have to use right acamd for it. It's the best solution. I never used WinCSC - can't say nothing.

        In acamd's cardclient.conf
        for newcamd
        newcamd:servernameort:EMM/caid/mask:usernameassword:deskey
you almost always have to enter a caid for newcamd providers usually shares single caid on a port.So if someone gave you a n-line you will get ip,port, caid, username and password. Deskey (cypher key)is almost always 0102030405060708091011121314

for cccam - usually all the caids are shared on one port, so in field for caid you write 0000 and you don't have to specify deskey for newcamd doesn't use channel sypher

yes, hadu can operate just cccam protocol
for any other, newcamd, gbox... you can use Acamd, letest version is 0.6.2.1. I mean
            HD-BOX FS-9200,SkyStar HD2 USB CI, Skystar2 90Fe Motor, 85Al Multifeed
