The beauty has worked like a charm

I was doing 2 things wrong

1) the INI and plugin has to go into the folder named AVO

yeah, AV0 is the main picture window. And if you wanna decrypt the pip 1 - 3
you have to copy the plugin in av1 - 3

I test dvbdream 1.5e and its work fine with ss usb2 hd ci.

I can confirm that is true. I have DVBDream 1.5e too, and SkyStar HD2 (PCI).
All works fine at all.

Dvb dream 1.5g is now tested and it is work very well with skystar usb2 hd ci card with new modules and some fixes.

use a good card sharing plugin and a dvb player

i recommend you one time install progdvb and test plugin and cline with progdvb.......

You can use easely DVB viewer (time to time they can crash, but works fine)
or, depend of the Driver ver. of you Nova PCI you can use the ProgDVB instead with a better recording system. If you want to use recording performance I recomend you ProgDVB. If you want to use the IR - use with confidence DVB Viewer. Budget drivers works also in Linux, not only in Windows (7 or XP). Some NOVA-S Plus (if have the HD) works better in Win 7 then in Linux - another works fine in XP.
However, the choice is yours
