Golden-EPG ver 1.11

This is MD-API plugin for DVB applications;
- It can be used to show full EPG list for current channel (beta);
- Unicode is supported.

What's new?
- Fixed some bugs, Thanks to Silencer and Dahaka for test and bug report.
