Recomend me a External TV cards

hi guys (i have no idea about this stuff)

can u recomend me a tv card witch i can connect my sat to and watch tv over my laptop, a card that supports cccam, and that connects to the laptop using USB

im really new to this kind of stuff, in short what im looking for

TV Card/Stick
- USB to Laptop Connection
- CCCam Support
