e2Skinner v.2.0.5.5

Apart from that I have a new version v2.0.5.5 cobbled.

* The specified here have criticized the space bug was fixed in position and sizes.

- fixed not working cursors in texteditor
- fixed some bugs in undo/redo functionality
- implemented delete element functionality
- implementet user script support. See "elements/current time.ess" 
  for an example.
- added application icon. Thx to GIN-Power.
