Hello I have a Dreambox 7000 (E1). Is it possible to stream over internet the channel to my computer or Android phone?
how it's possible to manage the Dreambox over Internet and edit some files in the filemanager?

I think you can do it through VLC plugin or Web-X-TV but I but don't know if your box is strong enough in order to give the stream correctly.

Moreover you must have a static IP or a dns address updated and of course an opened port on your router.

It is recomented to use OpenPLi images.

As about the manage of the dreambox, you can do it with DCC.
Again, in order to access your DM remotely, you must open a port from router for this reason.

Remember that opening a port of the router is a little dangerous because someone can enter to your system easily.
The only protection you have is the username and password.
