DM500s Cannot FTP with DCC

Hi guys,

I have a really annoying problem with my DM500S.
I cannot FTP it by DCC because the software asks for a correct login/password.

I'm using router connection and the line on the three device icons is completely green, so PC-DM-Router are connected.

I didn't know the password so I performed a hard reset because I was convinced that way to be able to use default login credentials but it didn't work.

For telnet I'm connected but I cannot type anything in there!
I'm under windows 7 but with telnet function activated.
I'm using Gemini 4.2 and DCC

What could I do? is there anyone who can help me out please?

Welcome to forum mate. If you search some on forum, you will find that we do have som tutorial about how to reset dreambox password. Try this one example:
