    Problem with dreamboxEdit

I get this error when I try to receive files with dreamboxedit:

"fffffffa is not a valid integer value for the field 'ftvServType'"

I tried different versions, all give the same error.
Any idea how to fix it?

        Version 5.2.0.0
Tools > Options > General TAB
See your File paths on Dreambox.. Right to it you see Enigma 2 Settings..
        _____
On the old versions you can go also to Tools > Options. Then check the box before Enigma 2.

Yes, I found it. Paths are properly set.
Actually the download starts but it gets interrupted in the middle and gives this error message.

When I clicked Enigma settings, all it did was change the paths for the receiver (\var\...).
I can see that there is no problem with paths, since download starts, and I get some files before it stops and gives error message.

Did you check if you IP AND port are good?
You can also check those by going to Tools > Options > General TAB.
Test IP Connection and Test Username/Password..

                Default HTTP port = 80
                Default FTP port = 21

Both need to be good filled in..

And please try again and please post the complete log, so we can check what is going wrong..

Yes, all tests are OK. It says success.
But it stops in the middle of downloading. It just shows this message and stops.

Can you post a part of your log? Together with the error message? So we can see at what step it stucks?

Hmm. I wonder it might bee your satellites.xml file that might be corrput. Could you just try to replace it with another one.

I agree.. It looks like he can download it, but can't process this file ..
Maybe it is also possible that there is a corrupt file between your bouquets.. You could download one from the forum and first load into the DBedit and then see what happens if you transfer it back to your DB.

                          But first check your satellites.xml..

Thanks. Where to get a proper satellites.xml file?
