Thanks I was asking if I could use the lines from mgcamd in a cccam or convert it to work in cccam as I do not have mgcamd installed on my box

yes, just use an nline with the right syntax:

As gianni253 says you can put sigle or multiple N-lines in your cccam.cfg file.
You can use it with c-lines together. It is not a problem. For example I use
2 C and 27 N filles with my ccccam. Enjoy.

newcamd is a protocol (and can be used with other emus too), mgcamd is an emulator (which uses newcamd protocol)

I don't think you can convert cline to nline but I use mgcamd and in ccamd.list I just paste
my cline and then activate mgcamd and it works but remember mg_cfg file must be given
755 attributes.

my be you can convert newcamed line to cccame line by through the development of both the user and password and port and host in right place at the c line

Don't forget that the server maybe don't allow using other cam, but only newcamd.
Be sure that hi can see how you are connected.
