i think that program is for windows (interface) and downloaded keys can be used with dreambox emus (newcamd,cccam ...)
and concerning satgate team( Fte support team) ... it doesn't exist anymore!

it's not difficult to deal with it all you have to do is to choose what type of key for witch emu then the keys will automatically downloded
