Every single one remade from scratch, All my own work, Every Channel mapped correctly and old ones removed

With help from someone I have added an option so the channels wont change name from now on, They will stay how they are listed in the Bouquet.

I will be doing Enigma2 Multi Bouquet, But will not for Enigma1 as it takes too long to remove every HD channel from all satellites, Easily too do yourself if you have the time.
