      hi RifLeMaN

sorry, I can't help you with this, but to my opinion why not do a full (blind)scan and use an editor to make the channellist 100% as you want it? Ok, will take you some hours, but really can avoid problems afterwards. Of course, someone else's list can be used to have an idea of how to make yours.

You are right, but I don't have enough time to do this. Anyway, it's a good idea. If I have spare time, I will do this.

@gpaolobvt I will look this site.

I'm asking both of you : do you know a good image for dm500s clone? Using Gemini, it freezes sometimes.

          hi,

          go here

          __hxxp://www.satlover.eu/forum/dreambox-settings/

Satlover Forums > DreamBox Satellite TV Receiver > Dreambox Tools, Settings, Keys, Plugin

to find them, and even much more

          dm500 runs e1 for enigma1, so prefer e1-settings

I think gemini is risky for clone. Try to use Pli image. That is much more stable on clone.

If my post was useful to you, please push 'thanks' button.

if you get a bad dm, you should seriously consider the previous post !

              how to know it:

              telnet ip
              root
              dreambox

              root@dreambox:/> ifconfig

              eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:09:34:xx:yy:zz
              inet addr:192.168.0.2 Bcast:192.168.0.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
              ...

if it is not 00:09:34 -> risky to put gemini firmware

MAC Address starts with 00:09:34 so it's not a problem.

                Thanks everyone, closing this topic.
