same here they are free and working same way as the pay version but free version has some adds at the bottom that do not affect the view. it will need a good internet connection and you will have a delay of 3-5".

It depends on what you call TV
I am absolutely sure you couldn't watch DVB - S/C/T on your android phone
On the other hand you are may be very very possible to watch some video streams over wireless network.
You may call "TV" so called DVB-OVER-IP. This kind of stream may be generated with some PC software, like DVBLink, server app from DVBViewer and ProgDVB, Dream MM has a network streaming plugin for a Dreambox.
There's no pre-set app in android to receive and play these streams .The best 3rd party player is VLC for android. The problems are:
-it does not work on every android device.
- not every android device has a support for hardware accelerated playback of DVB streams, software playback may be too difficult for big number of these devices.

These Apps show you running channel on your DreamBox, If you like to watch some other tv channels, then there plenty of apps available for Android

he post on the Dreambox Tools, Settings, Keys, Plugin > Dreambox Plugin asking for an android phone tv. so unless the android phone has a receiver this can only be done via streaming.
