How can i show the ecm time in Mgcamd?
I'm using dreambox500 HD
If there is a plugin show it in main screen

press the blue button then go into settings look for Info bar look for "show expert ecm info" turn this on make it window and when you press ok on the the channel your on EMC times will be displayed check this..
dont know if this works as i dont have your image

try to install ccam.info

with mgcamd you have to install mgcamd.info

for mgvamd you can install "ecm info" or "cryptinfo" plugins too. The information does not appears in skin, like cccam...

This thread is more that one year old, but maybe it will be useful for me...

I have a vu+solo2 and I can't make it show the ecm time in Mgcamd.
In cccam all working ok, but in mgcamd I see nothing.
I searched about a plugin like "ecm info" or other, but nothing found.
Please, can someone help me about this problem?

is the ecm info available within a file ( like /var/tmp/ecm.info) ?

if so, try to build a addon to

cat /var/tmp/ecm.info

executed from yellow button >myecm

i've done it on dm500 with success:
- create script in /var/tuxbox/plugins
- create related .cfg
- launch them with yellow button

cd /var/tuxbox/plugins

# --- myecm.sh
cat /var/tmp/ecm.info

# --- myecm.cfg
name=myecm
depend=
type=3
needfb=0
needrc=0
needlcd=0
needenigma=0

# ---
chmod 755 myecm*


# --- then
remote control >yellow button >myecm

ok, I found ecm info plugin (I had to install ts panel first) , but isn't what I want...
I want the information of mgcamd to appears in the skin, as the cccam do.
I tried many skins but nothing.
I also tried to change the settings in mg_cfg in order an extra message to appear for ecm info.
With my dm500s all is ok, but with the vu+solo2.... no, I can't make it work.

If ecm.info is there (where it should be) and you can see the ecm time in this file, then it's all a matter of skin.
Look for skins that have the "second" info-bar.
I have this info with "nobile" skin and all softcams.
