Enigma1 Plugin MyVideoE1

[MIDO2010]

The attached plugin MyVideoE1 plays music and other videos and movies from the website h**p://www.myvideo.de. via VLC media player.

Tested on Dm600pvr and Gemini 470.

Vlc 1.1.4 required on pc. The older versions will not work.

Install plugin :-

The plugin .so and .cfg to /usr/lib/tuxbox/plugins (for openembedded) or /var/tuxbox/plugins (for others) and chmod 755 for the .so.

The .xml file to /etc/tuxbox/config (for openembedded) or /var/tuxbox/config (for others). Edit to insert the pc-ip.

Configure vlc 1.1.4:-

Tools - Preferences - All (at the bottom) - then

Preferences - Interface - Main interface - select HTTP.
Preferences - Interface - Main interface - HTTP - insert in Host address :8080.
Close and restart vlc.

Open program folder VideoLAN (default install C:\Program Files\VideoLAN). In VideoLAN\VLC\http find file .hosts. In this file find lines like :

#192.168.0.0/16

Delete # and insert the pc-ip (vlc server-ip).

Hi

I have tried this on my Dm600pvr with Gemini 470 and can not get it workig

It connect but none of my files showup only the old entrys that came with it showup i have setup it up as discribe in the forum but still no joy.

Please can some one help me to solve this problem.
