PLTV 10E down

For those who dont know already the BISS key for PLTV are currently down.
This has been the quickest change in keys so far...

Patiently awaiting new key... might be a few day if we are luckily

If your current key starts 47 - this is the key that no longer works.
If your current key starts 2E - this is even older and no longer works.

Dislikes the Chinese Openbox Receivers, so much..
