Where am I going wrong?

Hi,
I have the latest BISS Keys pack (Dreambox key by @macro 07.10.2012.rar)
Keys have been copied in to the var/keys folder and all other key files removed, so only what was in the .rar file is present in the var/keys folder.

If i attempt to view 10E Premier League it says it using EMU

But there is no picture.

To clarify the service is:

Does anyone know where I am going wrong?
I figured- using the BISS Key where possible would help reduce server load on the free servers - ensuring the quality of the free servers for those who need them.

perhaps the biss key is down. is there anyone who can confirm that the key for this provider is working or not. unfortunately i cant get this channel so i am not be able to test it.
by the way what softcam are you using?
