Nova Greece and canal digitaal holland problem help!

I have been having problem with my C line provider clearing those channels for the last few weeks, they were fine previously!
Channels are extremely slow to clear( sometimes up to 3 to 4 minutes) or don't clear at all. All other packages are clearing fine.

I have spoken to my provider about this and tells me there is no problem at his end. He gave me a prio file to add , but still no difference.

I tried a test C line from another server and Nova and Canal Digitaal channels clear fine on this one, so I don't think problem is at my end.


I have tried different cccam versions, eg 2.09, 2.1.1, 2.1.3 etc... but still no luck.

Anyone have any suggestions for me ?

Maybe try the latest cccam 2.1.4,
If you tried other c-line from other server and you don't have problems there, problem must be the server from your c-line providor. Maybe a serverupdate is needed.
Maybe it can also be connectionproblem or problem with internetspeed at one or both sides of the connection,

You could ask a new c-line to replace current, who knows that this will help.

I think it is just your provider problem, but he can't admitt it. If with other C line works all is not your problem.

Has the number of hops changed for those channels? Cause it might be that he's getting those channels from another server that is farther away. Around hop3-4 it usually takes a lot longer to clear channels. And yeah, as runmo said the latest cccam might also be a solution depending on what his server is using. It might be that he updated the server to the latest one.

Also take a look at the ECM requested/ECM received numbers (found in cccam info plugin). If it is requesting and not receiving, then the problem is most likely at the server.

I think most probably,it causes from your server provider. I had a similar problem and when he changed my cline, the problem was solved

but I do not think that the version of cccam, I will use different versions and none of them gives me problems

Same problem here to open nova channels, takes a long time. With server 1 and 2 it's the same.

Please post report in subforum status server 2 or 1 depending of the satlover server you are connected to. All info about problems with conection are usefull for mister Satlover.

The nova channels open fast on server 4...however, for all servers, the two nova HD channels cannot be opened anymore. Nova were clever, they paired those two channels to the receiver so that cannot be shared. :S

Digitürk HD do same thing- they paired the receivers and cards so that sharing is impossible
