Suggestion for a dm500 HD clone

Hi

I am interrested to purchase a dm500 clone in order to replace my dm800 clone.
Is the dm500hd clone a good product ?
Is it the same proc has the genuine one ? Is the DTS downstream working well ?
Is it possible to activate USB by removing a resistor on the motherboard like with the real model ?
And are the image for clone available ang good ?

Thanks for your answer. The possibility to activate USB in order to connect an hard drive is very important for me?

I read somewhere else that it is a very bad copy. The external aspect is good and all the packagaing as weel, but it is not a real clone and it is not possible to flash another firm than the default one. Bu on the other hand there is a ton of firm available for this model ! I don't really understand.
On the pictures I saw, it has in addition of the eSata connector a USB female one which doesn't exist on the genuine model.
Who has purchase one and who can report please ?

The main difference is the price, the clones have some minor issues but they work quite well. About 500 HD i can't say nothing in particular, but as far i saw the problems on :

1. DM500 the clone has a bad DC-DC linear regulator and can give you some problems regarding network and box stability

2. DM800HD the single complain i heard (excepting the software ones) was about the coolers making some noise after some time

I am not speaking about the dm500 clone which I know well, but about the new dm500hd clone.
The genuine 500hd is a very good model, more powerfull than the 800hd with more features like the DTS and divx compatibility.

I've seen the clone technical specifications. It is based on a ppc 250mhz, so it is not at all the mips400 of the real one. The performance should be very bad...
In addition, there is a USB female connector which doesn't exist on the official model.
