I have tryed - Gemini 5 (preinstalled on the STB), then I have installed an OOZOON image - quite good but not very stable and ugly interface - and right now I have a Black Hole Edition - this works like a charm and I love the interface.. All this in an DM800HD PVR clone, sim 2.01, loader 7.6..

And that's my problem, all the newest and good Images are for

DM800HD PVR clone, sim 2.01, loader 7.6

And all the DM800HD we can find here comes with Ferrari SIMs

But of course I can find very good Images for dm800 Ferrari,
But it was difficult for me to find them.
I discovered that all Images with boot #72 are compatible with both.

I had the 5.1 version and doesn't looked very professional - the wizzard has a magician drawing - and for an interface it's a little bit childish - don't you think?

Since Gemini decided to delete CAM's from the addons,
I changed it for Balckhole.
There is one thousand way to connect to addons servers with Gemini installing some plugins, but what I don't like is that this has been included for years and now is deactivated.

It's easy to put the cam into any image -but from my point of view you're right- it's good, stable, and has HD clarity. Myself pleased whith the BH image.

And more than this , BH is now available for Vu+ Solo
wich a very good alternative to dm800.
The version of BH for Solo is very modern and full of fonctions including Multiboot and Image loading with a simple USB Key.

I'm using this image UNOFFICIAL DREAM ELITE V.133DV3 PHOENIX EDITION and its great. Occasional crash but its a clone the parts aren't 100%.

I think I have tried almost all of them but always seem to end up back with Nabilo Black Hole.

As for the Vu+ Solo..... when I can afford one I might just do so but I think I want to wait for an updated version that isn't so damned ugly to look at.

It does look a great option for not only watching Sat HDTV but also maybe to replace my Media player as it seems to be able to handle MP3 and XVID without messing around with additional applications and drivers.

Why don't try the Vu+ Team Image (VTI).
It is not as well designed as the BH but it's a strong image especially made for Vu+

I spent a hour or two researching this box today and have to say it looks impressive and I am tempted to just get one but I have friends who sell receivers who have agreed to lend me a display unit for this weekend.

So I will give it a go and let everyone know what I honestly think but I think the BIG clue will be whether I give it back or not.
