- dvd playing (added patch from Morten Sjøgren to fix a segfault with newer DVDs)

- startservice plugin now zaps to defined startservice after standby
- A lot of code cleanups , hopefully not too much
* multiboot:
no support for multiboot. Not planned, not wanted!

IMPORTANT
You can update from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2, no flashing needed. Update with softwaremanager or telnet console.
