Help Newbie with a 7025+

Hi Had a look around downloaded newnigma and oozoon images flashed my box and it hangs halfway through loading ..... Its been a long time since i used the box . which image would anyone recomend got one sat and terestrial card installed. would like to be able to browse my network have an archive of films stored on a thecus nas box . thanks and hope im not being too dim lol
