Sounds like a power supply issue. The power supply on these models include the high voltage inverter which supply high voltage to the panel backlights. I suppose that it could be a main board which is telling the P/S to turn the backlights on and off, but, I would bet that it is the P/S itself that is not holding the load or otherwise defective.
You might try changing the picture mode to Standard or Movie and also turning the backlight down in the picture settings. If this has an effect on the severity of the strobe effect, then it probably is the P/S.

I agree with the thing that @keylog said. It might be a main board problem. I advice you to unplug your tv. Leave it unplugged during the night (or at least 10 minutes). Then turn your tv on and see if it helps.

I suggest you to try another PSU from a working DM receiver or a PSU from a HDD or othe device with the same characteristics:

Output: 12V = / 3, 0A

First I thought that the problem it was on dreambox...

Now I understand that your tv has the issue.

It's clear, that the problem of led flashing on your tv, can't be caused by the dreambox.

Your tv, probably has problem.
I suggest you to contact with the local service to repair, if its in warranty.

thank you to all friend for the help today the tv go to the service but i thinking the problem is the dm becouse when i start up the dm start up and the tv together form hdmi and for that i thought the problem is form dm but not the problem is form motherboard on tv
