sunray4 problem?

hi to all friend i have a sunray4 trial tuner and my problem is when i change channel from dvb-t tuner to dvb-s i got error now i have openpli 4 but first i have openpli 2.1 and i have same problem can tell someone what happens?

and actually trought that you meant sunray
then i looked it up on ****** and
now i ask have you tried other images then pli
cos i can see there are other images for your receiver

Maybe you can try a different to openpli image that suits better to sunray4 as already vimmers said.

Depending on the sim that you have, there are many other images that work very well on your box with dvb-t and dvb-s tuner.

They usually have the latest drivers built-in and are ready for your sim card.

You can try Nemesis , Gemini, BlackHole and many other depending on your needs.

Yes i can tell you that to use all 3 tuners you will have to use specific sunray SR4 images only as these images have the trial drivers built in, if you use any other standard image the triple tuner will not work

I was thinking that with nemesis image you will not have problem, but...

You can try also Blackhole , Gemini, Newnigma, Dream-elite and Dominica images.

All of the above images have some special versions for Sunray SR4 triple tuner, but be careful to flash the correct image for your sim card.
If you flash wrong image you will have serious problem and maybe you will damage your sim.

I have never heard for such a problem.

Maybe the image you are using have a bug.
In this case, a reflash with a newest version can solve the problem.

An other cause of the problem can be a plugin that you are using and when you hit the key the plugin is activated and your receiver crashes.

Some plugins have keys shortcuts for certain functions.
Usually it's used the "0" or "help" or "info" key for activation.

Search your box for plugins that cause crash (green screen) when is active and uninstall it.

thank you bro you have right wen i install the plugin autocam setup the box crashet i modified the autocam.py and now evrything is ok.Now i can say the sanray4 working fine
