need help in Switch Setting in dm500s

i am in North America, i bought this "ZINWELL POWERFULL Switch", then i connect the 2 outputs of 118 & 119w LNB to Switch as shown in Picture. And other end i connected to 3 dm500s Receivers. After this on all Receivers there is no Picture at all.

I did this Switch Settings below on all 3 dm500s same :
SATELLITE CONFIGURATION : non-standard user defined configuration..... ,

Anick F3(118.7W) , LNB : 0 , 22khz : Hi/Lo , Voltage : H/V
On LNB 0 , LOF/L : 09750 , LOF/H : 10750 , Threshold : 11700,
Next Page , Toneburst : None , DisEqC Mode : None , Save changes

EchoStar 14 (119W) , LNB : 1, 22khz : Hi/Lo , Voltage : H/V
On LNB 1 , LOF/L : 09750 , LOF/H : 10750 , Threshold : 11700,
Next Page , Toneburst : None , DisEqC Mode : None, Save changes

please help me some of experience member in this "Zinwell Multi-Switch Setting"

Hello

Your settings seem to be wrong, because you have selected " DisEqC Mode : None" on non-standard user defined configuration.

I don't know your switch , so if you want to give us more info it would be nice in order to help you.
Is it a 2x3 switch ? or more?

Is your Zinwell Switch a Powered Distribution type switch if it is does the switch include basic Diseqc 1.0/1.1 commands as some do and some do not

thanks for your replies gouys, i tried many times in diffrent ways, i could not get success to attach PHOTO.

From what I have read, your switch is a multi switch controlled by 22Khz tone and not a normal diseqc.

That's means you have to sellect the option "2 satellites via toneburst" in satellite configuration and set up the satellite you want as toneburst A and toneburst B.

Also, you can try with non-standard user defined configuration by sellecting diferent settings for your satellites with toneburst.

1)--first I tried "2 satellite via Tonebrust" then shows error, still i did this setting then shows on all channecl service removed.

2)--so reload all the channels, then i go to "non-standard user defined configuration", and in Tonebrust -A for both 118 & 119 i selected & Save.
after this reboot box, nothing, just shows green screen.

3)--this time i tried again in "non-standard user defined configuration", and in Tonebrust -A for 118 & B for 119 i selected & Save.
after this reboot box, nothing, just shows green screen.

4)--agin this time i tried again in "non-standard user defined configuration", and in Tonebrust -B for 118 & B for 119 i selected & Save.
after this reboot box, nothing, just shows green screen.


this is a brand new switch and expansive also, local seller sale to me, with out any REFUND he said, this is the #1 Switch.

When you finished the set up for the satellites you have to reload the channel list or just to make a new scan.
You have to know that each time you select a different option in satellite configuration you will lost all channels.

This is normal and as I already said to you above, you have to renew the channel list.

Btw, what do mean with green screen?
Is this the dreambox logo of the welcome screen?

hi there, i use PLi Image on my dm500s for a long time, when there is no signal from Dish then it shows GREEN PLi SCREEN on TV (insted of showing Black screen).

yaa that is the dm500s PLi logo screen.

Please help me out "How to do Switch setting for this Zinwell Multi-switch", i am still not success to get picture on TV for the sat 118 & 119w.

I remember this PLi logo screen

As I said you above,
first make any change you want in satellite configuration
and then make a reload to the channel list or make a new scan for the channels.

i did factory reset then i tried
i tried as you suggest Switch Setting, then i load Chnl list, after this i reboot box, nothing shows.

where as when i disconnect Switch, the i run receivers one by one all 3 of them working.

but i want all 3 receivers run at the same time, so i bought Switch, which is not working.

so i am looking for proper switch setting.

Have you tried the Non-Standard User defined configuration:

2 satellite configuration with 22khz mode set to H/L on both satellites with Voltage set to your preferred one 13/18v

He use a 4x4 multi-switch for 2 lnb's and 3 receicers with Tonebrust.

I can't understand why do you surprised by the using of a 8 way diseqc switch on a dm500s

I have used even a 16 way diseqc switch without any problem

Also, I have configured 4 4x1 diseqc v1.1 combined with a diseqc v1.0 for the reception of 16 different satellites

So, I believe that dm500s it's able to be used with every diseqc that exists.

The only you can do is the correct configuration
