I found the XBMC plugin on the openPLi forum, so I assume that you must have openpli image in order to run it.

I have only started using a Dreambox 800HD Pvr and want to know how do i add more plugins like xbmc..I have dreambox control centre so how do i add more in?

You need to install this latest 6.0_r0 update and download all addons from inside the xbmcplugin.
This works on many images!!
I will post this nice plugin this evening in the Dreambox plugin section.

install Plugin XBMCAddons.
The location : /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/XBMCAddons/XBMC

The main issue is , you have limited internal memoray on DM800 HD

You are right

I have hear for some people to complain about green screens on OE 1.6 when they are using XBMC.
On the other hand, everything is going well on OE 2.0 images.

Maybe OE 1.6 images are not capable for XBMC.

Hi just a update, try the new kodi it is running well and may work better than the old XBMC a lot of work has gone into the new edition.
