DM800se - USALS setup and SAT Positioning.

I have just completed a USALS setup on my DM800se with a motorised dish (Diseqc 1.2). I have positioned my satellite for 28.e, Fine tuned the positioned and locked it. Most of the channels have a good signal rate(SNR) and are perfect but a small few channels are glitching because they have a low signal rate of 20/21%.

How can I correct this? I thought if they came from the same satellite they would have reasonably the same signal rate.

Do I have to fine tune these channels individually and then lock them in their position or am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly received.

    Thanx

    hi GerB68

I suggest you take a week transponder and finetune - perhaps this can help you: http://www.satlover.eu/forum/satelli...nsponeder.html (has also a link to the weakest transponders).

This is how I fine tune my dm800hd I get my long and lat which gives me a rough postion set up dm as simple enter lon lat. adjust the lon lat until it is perfect I do this on 1 west when the signal starts to go down you know you have gone to far.

I dont know if its the wrong or right way but it works for me
