in that case you need to do?, disable the receiver completely from the electrical outlet and do a new installation or is there another way, so as a rough disconnection from the electrical network may have negative consequences.

Disconnect power supply of your box for a while and try again.
If you don't have any success, flash again your box.

If the problem is still exists, then you have a hardware problem.
Many dm7000 suffer from this problem with the power supply.
DMM released a guide with a modification on psu of your box with some electronic parts to be replaced for fixing.
Fingers crossed, you don't need it...

the restoring never finish (try it twice) i had to flash. unfortunately i lost all settings that i pay for one year. i try to watch some channels with the Satlover free Cline but to much freezing on greek channels (N0v@) it shows only 1 minute every 10. the football on jazera plays much better. hope i find the man that sold me the subscription and fix it again.

            That's very bad...
Why you didn't make a backup of your cccam.cfg?
Next time my friend remember to keep a backup
of all your settings and data before it's late...

The reason they put password is that you don't share gift you should have
waited until it run out before trying to change things by that time with useful
posts you would have had access to better servers here.
A good tip don't fix what ain't broke.
Hopefully you will track down your supplier and you will be able to recover your
                box my friend.

yes he told me that it will be password protected for this reason. i dont want to reshare cause it will be unfair to the deal we had but the password limited some of the possibilities of my box. when i try to fix it was kind of broken as it didnot open any channel (only fta). anyway i found one of them who will renter the lines for me again.
