    some of you just happened?

I have a second decoder dm800 hd pvr clone image nemesis 2.6
worked perfectly until this morning then the images you see squadrettate and jerky. I tested the system with another decoder and it works perfectly quondi the problem is not the dish. I opened the boxes and saw that there is a cooling fan that works. I removed the tuner and clean the contacts but nothing. Have any of you had the same experience?
    thanks

did you try reflashing the box, or some kind of complete reset or recovery?

        Hello valrug

        Try to flash your box.
Many times these problems can be overcome by a flashing.

Also you can try a fresh ready made channels list.
If your sat list is very old and there are many deleted channels,
box can be stuck and not functionally properly.

If you can exclude extern reasons (cable, plug, switches, dish, lnb...), there are two possibel reasons, software or hardware.

If software (first test), do like described above. Flash new Image.

If this doesn't help, sounds like hardware. In that case... mhh, then Bingo!, you won a repair or new box.

I had this same problem and it is resolved by removing Tuner and cleaning its connectors before re-insertion, It seems a Hardware problem.

In my case , it seems some dirt on the end of connecters and some type of loosening of connector from its scart or can say not properly connect.

              I did all the tests:
              - Tested the system sat ok
              - Changed image and reflashato
              - Clean contact tuner
              - Cooled decoder
but the problem appears randomly on both channels fta hd or normal

does the problem start from the beginning or after a little time? if you have a hard disk remove it and test again. whats your signal power?

After all the steps you have and the fault is still occurring randomly might mean
there is a dry joint on your circuit board.
A dry joint is when a component has not been soldered in properly or not making
a proper contact with the solder, if you can, examine the area around the tuner
check there are no cracks, try a little pressure where the contact touch
the solder on circuit board, there should be no movement at all, if movement
                  soldering iron required.
If you are not confident to do this, advice repairman.

I already did a control but without resultthe again with much more attention

                      My friend

I'm very sad to tell you that you have a hardware problem.

I suggest to you 2 filally tests...
1-Try to connect directly your box with the lnb,
I mean if you have some diseqc , remove it.

2- Test your box with one other power supply.

Re: some of you just happened?

I made a careful inspection of the circuit even with a magnifying glass but it looks ok
Now try another power supply and then to review the welds as possible (it is said that the Chinese are very scarce)

Do you rescan all the channels or just transfer your old settings and channel list after re-flashing image

I made a careful control hardware but that's okay
today should take a soldering iron with a fine tip to renew spot welding
in the meantime I try to tune channels
(unfortunately I did not open the other dm800 to see if it has the same tuner because it is under warranty, but if not I will have to solve it)

Your description sounds defenitily like a hardware problem.
Perhaps tuner itself, perhaps onboard connection to the tuner.

You will need sensitive meters and the schematics to find it.
I would leave it. In most cases only wast of time

You have warranty, so change it.
