The lnb you mentioned from ebay is a dual-feed lnb and is useless to you (if you want to use your neighbor's dish).
In my opinion you should buy:
    - one simple twin lnb to fit in your neighbor's dish
    - one diseqc 4 way switch.
With this setup you get the new satellite from your neighbor and have two free inputs in your diseqc switch so that you can add further feeds in the future, if you want.
no i didnt confuse it, im just asking because i allready got a dish on hotbirt if i replace my lnb with that one will i get astra too? that will be a lot better because then i will have only one wire and i whoulnd have to get into a lot of trouble.

Yes. If you replace your lnb with the monoblock you can receive both astra and hotbird.
Both are strong sats so you shouldn't have any problems.

This solution is more private, but more expensive for you.
Use only the 2in1 diseqc switch and everything will work in this 2-sat solution.

Using a monoblock will certainly make for a cleaner installation, no trailing cables across roofs and certainly a bit more private, just might take a bit more time to get it set up correctly as you will need to check which sat to peak it on for best results on the other sat.
