Freezing on DM500s

Hi there i am still very new to this game and i have managed to set up my dreambox, i have also port forwarded it to my router. I am using a Satlover free CLine (thanks very much) but unfortunately it freezes constantly making anything unwatchable. I live in a very small village miles from my exchange so consequently my speeds are generally ping 60ms D/L 1.1mbs U/L 0.36mbs. Has anyone got any ideas how i can help to solve this problem. How can i allocate more bandwidth to the dreambox or am i missing something fundamentally obvious. I have followed all the tutorials on this site about setting up the Dreambox. It is an old enigma1 dreambox i hasten to add but all the the FTA channels work fine.
