my dreambox 500 freezes after few minutes, I did a factory reset, then with DreamUp 1.3.3.3 I made a flash erase then I put the image marwensat. the problem persists

What exactly do you mean? Please a bit more info: freezes on fta channels or scrambled channels? Is your dish/setup ok? Do you use clines (from here? free?) Did you check if your router has the latest software? Intetnet connection ok? ...

I have heard that some people had this problem due to a power issue. Maybe try a new adapter?

@asmo: As I see you are new and you will have access to server 3 with less than 10 posts. most of the time the freezing isuue is due to the bad lines. If you are using Satlover's line from server 3, then It will have freezes from time to time. Sometime the line is good but the other time there will be lots of freezes depending on the time of the day. Please do check

Maybe get a test line from a pay server to check.
if you get a test line and it is ok then you know it is the server.

If your dream doesn't get freezes on a FTA channel then its definitely your server.

If you know someone else with a dreambox you should borrow their power adapter.
There have been quite a few issues with underpowered dreamboxes.

possibly, but that's why I find some more info/feedback from the OP should be welcome ; if not, we'll keep on suggesting without (surely I don't ) knowing what the exact problem is/was (only fta? setup ok? working on other boxes? ...)

Or if he has found the problem to give us some feedback with what he did to resolve the issue.
