Is there any simple way to make a backup of the image from my dm800 se sunray4 clone.

You can use dFlash plugin to backup the image from the internal flash.
If you have the plugin TSpanel installed, you can also use the backup plugin from the TS.

If you are using a multiboot like Meoboot or Barry Allen, they also have the feature of making a backup from external flash images.

If you have dFlash installed on your internal flash, you can aso use DCC to back up your image using the program.
