what to backup before a reflash

I am about to reflash my db500s clone and cant remember what files to backup first and where they are. Like scanned channels and cccam 2.14 and config.
It would simplify things alot.
Any ideas

Edit I have solved this now

Normally you would take a complet flash backup 1st using FlashWizard.
Then you take the channel list backup using a program like DreamSet.
You can copy the CCcam.cfg file using DCC from var/etc.

Since you have already solved the questions, this may be of some use to other members.
